The Project Bridge Youth Ambassador Program is an intercultural youth leadership program that provides select high school students with the knowledge and tools needed to serve as today’s youth ambassadors and tomorrow’s culturally sensitive and competent leaders. The Los Angeles-based Pacific Century Institute, the New York-based Korea Society, and the Missoula-based Maureen and Mike Mansfield Center at the University of Montana collaborate to offer many exciting opportunities for Youth Ambassador. Participants not only learn about Korea  and the importance of the strong US-Korea alliance, but they also develop leadership and intercultural competence skills, improve their public-speaking ability and grow their personal and professional networks. The academic year-long program consists of three key components: bi-monthly workshops, a ten-day study tour to the Republic of Korea and individual research culminating in a community presentation.
